What to expect immediately after window tint installation
Immediately After Window Film Installation...
You May See a Slight Haze: It doesn’t happen often, but, sometimes window film may appear slightly hazy immediately after installation. This fogginess is due to a slight amount of moisture left under the film. This is normal and should disappear after a few days depending on the humidity levels where you live.
You May See Tiny Bubbles: Immediately after installation, Trapped liquid behind the window film sometimes creates small water bubbles. This is also normal and to be expected. The important thing is that you do not pierce any of these water bubbles and leave the film alone until the full 30-day cure.
Allow the Window Film to Cure: After window tinting is installed and the workers leave, it will not be fully dry. You should not clean or touch the film for at least 30 days before cleaning your window film. This gives time for the adhesives to set which adds up to a long life for your window tinting. Water bubbles and a cloudy look will eventually dissipate. Attempting to pierce a water bubble in an effort to drain moisture will damage your film. This damage is not covered by the warranty. Any haziness you see is water under the film. You will see less and less of this as the days pass. All water bubbles will dry out, but a few small particles or points may be apparent when dry that's normall. These points are very tiny and are inherent in the use of a water Solar Gard, 3M, LLumar, Sun teck , Medico, Huper Optik and may other will dry the same
How do I care for my window film?
To maximize the life of the window film, please follow these instructions
for proper care and maintenance.
Always use clean, soft materials to wash and dry your window film surfaces.
Most glass cleaners will work well, although a good cleaning solution for window film is 1/2 ounce of liquid dish soap added to 1 quart of fresh water, or ammonia free Windex.
A soft cloth or a clean synthetic sponge is recommended for washing the window film, followed by another clean soft cloth or soft rubber squeegee for dry To avoid scratching the film, do not use bristle brushes, abrasive scrubbing sponges, or any cleaning materials that may have been contaminated with dirt particles. Avoid washing interior and exterior windows with the same cleaning materials.
Some brands of paper towels are coarse enough to put fine scratches in the film, even films with scratch resistant, protective hard-coat finish. While these scratches may be too fine to be seen at first, they can cause damage and reduce the polished look of the film over time.
With today’s technology, scratch-resistant films are considered standard.

How does window film work?
Most window films are applied to the inside glass surface of a window. As the sunlight hits the glass surface, four basic things occur:
Sunlight hits the window and a part of its energy is reflected away from the window
The glass absorbs some of the sun’s energy
A portion of the sun’s solar energy is transmitted thru the window film and into the room
Part of the sun’s energy is absorbed by the window film and part is reradiated in and out of the room.
